What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a CRM or lifecycle marketing role where I can run data-driven multichannel campaigns, improve customer retention, expand marketing automation, and continue developing my analytics skills.

At PE KTS, I manage customer communications across Viber, SMS, RCS, and email through eSputnik. I launched and configured Telescope as a new RCS channel, expanding engagement beyond traditional SMS.

I plan promotional and automated trigger email campaigns for acquisition and retention, using traffic and performance metrics to refine channel strategy and send timing. My work supports retention initiatives at a company that achieved 19.17% growth in new customer acquisition.

My Data Marketing and Analytics studies, KPMG Ukraine audit internship, and independent market research have strengthened my analytical, data-verification, and market-research approach.
