What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support role where I can resolve client issues, use CRM and automation tools, collaborate across teams, and grow while delivering empathetic, reliable service.

At Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme, I serve as the first point of contact for 429 clients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests across phone, chat, and in-person channels.

I document client interactions in CRM and LAMIS-based records systems, track satisfaction and adherence metrics in Excel dashboards, and resolve escalations to keep clients engaged in care. I also automate routine follow-up reminders with Zapier and n8n, creating more time for direct client conversations.
