I'm looking for opportunities to manage and resolve auto insurance claims, apply strong investigation and negotiation skills, and support timely, compliant service for customers and business partners.

At Utica National, I manage personal and commercial auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution, coordinating with insureds, repair facilities, appraisers, attorneys, and agents. I investigate coverage, evaluate vehicle damage, establish reserves, and issue payments using Guidewire ClaimCenter, CCC, ISO, and Accurint.

Previously at Founders Insurance Company, I conducted coverage and liability investigations, negotiated claim resolutions, and managed high-volume auto claim inventories. My earlier account executive experience at Imagetec strengthened my client relationship, consultative sales, and customer service skills.
