At Actum Digital, I was the point of contact for enterprise clients including Allianz Global Investors, Freudenberg, and Hines. I guided clients through day-to-day product use and helped resolve technical issues in Sitecore and Optimizely CMS.
I delivered training and walkthroughs to help client-side users work independently, and shared client feedback with the development team through Jira. I also managed campaign billing and prepared offers alongside the senior account manager.
At EUROWAG, I delivered Kirby CMS training for internal editors and coordinated deliverables between external vendors and regional stakeholders. I also provided project coordination and administrative support to the marketing team.
