I’m looking for remote-friendly customer support roles where I can handle mainly chat inquiries and minimal calls,resolve issues quickly,manage tickets and documentation and help improve service quality while meeting performance targets.

I’m a Customer Experience & Support Specialist with 7 years of experience handling customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and ticket management. I’m known for clear communication, accurate documentation, and keeping service quality high.

At DIGITALFLEX LIMITED, I manage 100+ customer inquiries daily via chat and call support. I resolve complaints professionally, track installment accounts and customer payments, and maintain detailed interaction records while meeting performance targets and service standards.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I worked as an English Transaction Specialist from June 2019 to December 2023. I managed client tickets and workflows using ServiceNow, delivered non-voice support for international clients, and supported operations with SAP, Excel, and Teams.
