At Ris Dalma Collection Apartments, I ran front desk operations and booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking, and Expedia, trained junior staff, and improved guest satisfaction.

My journalism background includes hosting YouTube programs, conducting interviews, managing media content at News.am Style, and editing for a sports website. I bring native Armenian and Russian, advanced English, and practical experience with Excel, Google Docs, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma.
