I’m an empathetic UX Researcher with a background in psychology, focused on understanding human behavior in real-world contexts. My work centers on UX research (interviews, usability testing, personas, and journey mapping), with a strong emphasis on accessibility, inclusion, and mental health–adjacent tools.
At KeelWorks, I led an accessibility and inclusive design audit of the job seeker onboarding using WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, keyboard-only navigation, and screen reader evaluation—identifying usability, accessibility, and cognitive load barriers for first-time users and vulnerable populations. At the National Center for PTSD, I conducted 6+ hours of veteran interviews, synthesized insights into actionable recommendations, and authored trauma-informed, accessible design guidelines and research tool scripts to streamline data collection and improve app usability.
