What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior individual contributor roles focused on delivery leadership, transformation and delivery operations. I am most effective in ambiguous environments where strong delivery fundamentals are needed to stabilise work, address systemic issues or support scalable growth. I am looking for remote-first roles and am open to permanent, contract or project-based engagements.

I am a senior delivery and governance consultant with 15+ years’ experience helping organisations bring order, clarity and momentum to complex projects and delivery environments. I have worked across large regulated enterprises, public and not-for-profit organisations, and early-stage technology companies, designing delivery systems that create predictability without unnecessary process.

Most recently, I spent six years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in senior management roles spanning regulatory transformation, financial crime operations and large-scale operating model change. I am known for stepping into complex or in-flight initiatives and restoring delivery discipline through clear governance, honest forecasting, strong stakeholder alignment and data-driven decision-making. Outcomes included: redesigning a reporting suite for a 2,500-person operations team (reducing 400+ reports to fewer than 30); stabilising a high-profile re-engineering pilot that eliminated quality failures and rework; and delivering transformation outcomes that closed more than 40 high-risk regulatory issues.

Alongside enterprise work, I enjoy applying the same structured thinking in smaller, faster-moving environments. In 2025, I supported an early-stage AI start-up to formalise and automate its customer onboarding process, implementing scalable workflows, delivery controls and reporting in Monday.com.

My strengths sit at the intersection of delivery leadership and systems thinking: establishing lightweight operating rhythms, surfacing risks early, simplifying complex processes and coaching teams through change. I work comfortably across time zones and cultures and am highly experienced in fully remote environments.

After a planned career break in 2024–2025 to travel across Southeast Asia and South America, I am now refreshed and intentionally seeking remote-first roles where strong delivery fundamentals help organisations build calm, scalable and resilient operating foundations.

I hold Australian and EU working rights and am comfortable working as a contractor via an Australian ABN if preferred. I am currently based in the Americas time zone but will be in European time zone before mid-2026. I am flexible across US and European hours and am comfortable working asynchronously with APAC teams.

In mid-2024, I took a planned career break from CBA to travel across Southeast Asia and South America. During this time, I accepted a redundancy offer that allowed me to extend my travels. The break provided space to reset priorities, gain perspective and return refreshed, refocused and ready for my next senior delivery role.
