What I'm looking for
I am a senior project and transformation consultant with 15+ years' experience helping organisations bring order, clarity and momentum to complex delivery environments. My background spans large regulated enterprises, public and not-for-profit organisations and early-stage technology companies. I bring deep expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, risk and compliance and PMO leadership.
Most recently, I spent six years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in senior management roles across regulatory transformation, financial crime operations and large-scale operating model change. I am known for stepping into complex or in-flight initiatives and restoring delivery discipline through clear governance, honest forecasting, strong stakeholder alignment and data-driven decision-making. Highlights include:
1. redesigning a reporting suite for a 2,500-person operations team (from 400+ reports to <30);
2. taking on an in-flight, high-profile process re-engineering pilot and implementing strong project governance. The pilot ultimately eliminated quality failures and rework; and
3. delivering transformation outcomes that closed >40 high-risk regulatory issues.
Alongside enterprise work, I enjoy applying the same structured thinking in smaller, faster-moving environments. In 2025, I worked with an early-stage AI start-up to formalise and automate its customer onboarding process, implementing scalable workflows, project controls and reporting in Monday.com.
My strengths sit at the intersection of delivery and systems thinking: setting up lightweight operating rhythms, surfacing risks early, simplifying complex processes and coaching teams through change. I work comfortably across time zones and cultures and am highly experienced in fully remote environments.
After taking a planned career break in 2024–2025 to travel across Southeast Asia and South America, I am now refreshed and intentionally seeking remote-first roles where I can contribute to building calm, predictable and scalable delivery capability. I am particularly interested in roles where strong design and delivery fundamentals help organisations establish the right foundations early on, navigate scalable growth, manage regulatory complexity or execute meaningful operational change.
Outside of work I enjoy exploring new parts of the world (mainly through their food), scuba diving and indulging in the occasional TV show binge.
I hold Australian and EU working rights and am comfortable working as a contractor via an Australian ABN. I am currently based in the Americas time zone and am flexible across US and European hours. I can also work asynchronously with APAC teams.

In mid-2024, I took an extended career break to pursue some real-world learning and immersing myself in Southeast Asian cultures. During this time, I accepted a redundancy offer from CBA, which allowed me to extend my travels to South America.
