What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in Human Capital, HR operations, management, or interdisciplinary fields where I can support people-focused work, strengthen my skills, and continue learning through meaningful responsibilities.

I'm pursuing Management at Multimedia Nusantara University with a Human Capital concentration and a 3.81/4.00 GPA.

At Morrissey Hotel, I supported Human Resources operations by managing trainee attendance records, payroll processing, database updates, and confidential administrative documentation.

At Mesin Masa Depan, I created Instagram and TikTok content, scheduled posts, monitored trends and competitors, and conducted basic social media analysis to support brand consistency and engagement.

Beyond internships, I've approached more than 100 potential sponsors for EUFORIA 2025 and secured one major sponsorship deal. As GIVERA 2025 Secretary, I managed documentation, schedules, proposals, reports, and cross-division coordination, helping improve event preparation efficiency by 20%.
