I use heatmapping tools like Mouseflow, Clarity, and Log Rocket to analyze user behavior through session recordings. I’ve also evaluated email campaign performance with Listrak and regularly monitor KPIs, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews for multiple departments.

Earlier, as a Business Research Analyst Intern, I analyzed competitors to uncover market trends and support strategic initiatives, then presented findings to help enable informed decisions. I’m motivated by measurable outcomes—like achieving 30% product revenue growth and 15% conversion rate optimization in three months through data-backed feature launches.
