I’m a Business Analyst focused on turning product and customer signals into reliable insights. I’ve worked with SQL-driven product master databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency for dependable analytics and operational planning.

I developed interactive dashboards in Tableau and Advanced Excel to track KPIs like customer feedback trends and rating shifts, helping teams make data-driven decisions. I also applied NLP for sentiment and text classification on customer feedback, and supported experiment analysis for A/B testing across pricing, packaging, and menu changes.

Across teams, I collaborate with marketing, brand, and finance to convert analytical insights into strategic business initiatives. I implemented a Kanban-based workflow in ClickUp for NPD tracking and led training sessions to drive cross-functional adoption.
