At PolicySamjho IMF Private Limited, I manage day-to-day insurance operations and policy administration across Motor, Health, Life, Personal Accident, Fire, Marine, Home, SME and Indemnity insurance.
I coordinate quotation comparisons, policy processing, documentation and issuance support, working with insurers, customers, TPAs and channel partners on servicing, renewals and endorsements. I also support Health, Life and Motor claims through filing, documentation, follow-ups and status tracking.
I coordinate work for a 6–7-member team and use MS Excel, pivot tables, dashboards and Google Sheets for operational tracking and MIS reporting. I contributed to IRDA-related licensing coordination and supported ISP certification, POSP code enablement and onboarding activities.
