What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Technical Support role where I can apply my problem-solving ability and customer-focused communication.

At Paul Tech Software Services Pvt. Ltd., I diagnosed and resolved data-quality issues across 10,000+ records using Python, Pandas, and NumPy.

I translated technical findings into dashboards and reports for teams with varying technical backgrounds, and wrote SQL queries to extract, filter, and validate relational data.

As a Computer Teacher at Student Corner Coaching Institute, I teach computer fundamentals, programming, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting. I explain technical concepts through practical examples and help students resolve programming and computer-related issues.
