I helped shift the homepage from a static layout to a dynamic Ranker widget, lifting conversions and traffic by about 4% while freeing 10+ operational hours each week. I also designed a five-agent workflow for the reselling flow that saves 20+ hours of team bandwidth weekly.

I lead A/B tests across WhatsApp and RCS, cohortize customer experiences, build attribution logic, and automate reporting with Google Apps Script. My product case study proposes Smart Search, an NLU query engine designed to reduce zero-result searches and recover high-intent customer drop-off.
