What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help Shopify and ecommerce teams build stronger lifecycle email programs through Klaviyo, segmentation, retention analytics, mobile-first email design, and campaign optimization.

I build ecommerce retention systems through AG Creative Labs, creating Klaviyo lifecycle frameworks for welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back journeys across four self-directed DTC concepts.

My work combines Figma-based, mobile-first email design and QA with segmentation, RFM-informed retention planning, campaign execution, and analytics. I also bring experience analyzing social campaign performance and creating AI-powered UGC and ad creative for ecommerce concepts.
