I have built my career at Amazon over 6+ years, progressing from Quality Specialist to Senior Quality Specialist and currently Manager I, Transportation. My experience spans Quality Operations, audit governance, quality measurement, evaluator calibration, root-cause analysis, performance management, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

In my current role, I lead 80 quality auditors with two managers across three locations and oversee quality operations for a program processing 400K+ cases per month. I use operational data to identify error patterns, investigate escalations, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions. I also built an Excel-based performance dashboard to provide structured visibility into auditor performance and introduced a critical quality-check framework to improve operational risk visibility and customer impact.

I am particularly interested in data-driven problem solving, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Program Management, Operations Strategy, automation, and AI. I developed an AI-powered reporting solution that reduced weekly reporting effort from 2–3 hours to under 15 minutes while improving consistency.

I have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and am currently expanding my technical and analytics skill set. I am learning SQL at a beginner level, along with Power BI for data visualization, SAS, and Python. My goal is to combine my operations and leadership experience with these growing analytical skills to move into roles where I can use data, technology, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable business improvements.
