I led address resolution programs for Last Mile with 50 associates, resulting in a 9.7% improvement in successful deliveries and correction of 47MM addresses, saving $10.6MM. Additionally, I initiated a driver stop program with 30 associates, reducing Unable to Locate & Unable to Access delivery scenarios by 6% and 4%, respectively, saving $1.2MM for 14MM addresses.

I collaborated with delivery station teams to address package delivery failures caused by inaccurate address hierarchy tagging. Next, I worked with the Data Sciences team to identify 95k defective addresses and established a 20-member team to audit incorrect addresses.
