What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT transformation, software implementation, and process-optimization initiatives where I can combine agile and classic project methods, stakeholder management, business analysis, and practical system delivery.

I run A-Square GmbH and deliver IT consulting focused on project management, software evaluation, implementation, process optimization, and requirements management. I translate complex business needs into practical systems, architectures, data models, and compliant processes.

Across interim and consulting engagements for Zvoove Software Germany, Financial.com, Wien Energie, Tiroler Landestheater, SOS Kinderdorf, and Gerd Kapeller, I have led Salesforce, CRM, ERP, ECM, compliance, and digital-transformation initiatives. My work includes implementing Salesforce clouds, Dolibarr, Nextcloud, DocuWare, Unitrade, and integrations with Jira, HubSpot, Zapier, DATEV, and banking applications.

I bring more than 25 years of professional experience and work confidently with both agile and classic methods. I enjoy aligning stakeholders, coordinating teams, improving processes, delivering training, and building sustainable solutions that increase efficiency and data security.
