What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end responsibility—providing onsite and remote ICT support while delivering accurate, high-quality claims and customer service. I want a team that values integrity, accountability, and prompt outcomes.

I’m a versatile ICT engineer and experienced insurance claims professional, focused on getting issues resolved and decisions made accurately. I bring a meticulous, accountable approach to both technical support and service delivery.

My foundation includes Matric plus T3 Electronics, with A+ & N+ credentials, plus SQL & Windows 2000 Server. I also completed National Certificate Contact Centre Operations (NQF Level 4), strengthening my customer support and process discipline.

In insurance, I progressed from Receptionist to assistant claims technician, Assistant to underwriter, and Senior Claims Technician. I processed commercial and personal lines claims, quantified claims, handled authorisations, ensured quality of claims service for client retention, and communicated regularly with brokers. I also monitored processes, registered and processed claims, appointed assessors, and made decisions to settle or reject claims.

Since 2016, I’ve worked as an Onsite ICT Engineer to a hospital, supporting hardware, telecoms, internet, networks, medical software, access control, and CCTV. I provide both onsite and off-site remote support, and I’m known for integrity, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
