At Amazon in Kenitra, I assisted customers with returns and refunds, answered inquiries about orders and shipping, and supported drivers with route planning and scheduling pickups and deliveries. In my current role, I also coordinate pick-up times with customers and provide feedback to improve dispatch team efficiency.
