What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a high-ownership product role where I can own a product area and the business outcomes behind it. I care about product-led teams solving genuinely hard problems, ideally with an AI-native edge. Open to product management roles in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or product-led consumer companies.

I build the systems that other systems depend on.

At Fynd, I own the master-data layer of an AI-native retail platform for Reliance Retail's fashion business: a multi-tenant system that planning, sourcing, manufacturing and inventory all read from. When the data underneath is clean, every module above it works.
At Fynd, the hardest launch was not the technical one. Onboarding the platform's first external marketplace tenant meant aligning four teams on data ownership and access boundaries before a line of code shipped, and landing it without disrupting the tenants already in production. That is the work I am good at: turning a messy, multi-stakeholder problem into something teams can actually build, and connecting the dots across squads so the right decisions get made.

Most of my career has been about moving numbers that matter. At Ferns N Petals I owned the consumer app and grew it from 25% to 42% of company revenue in two years. There was no single big bet. It came from a steady rhythm of experiments: category-page A/B tests that lifted conversion 14%, a UPI Intent integration with Razorpay that took UPI adoption up 30%, a cross-sell module that added 6% to average order value. Just as important, I learned to kill what was not working. We shut down a BNPL integration when the unit economics did not hold, and having the data made that an easy call instead of a political one.

At OYO I built a dispute-resolution platform from scratch and took it from zero to 20 countries in months, cutting ticket turnaround 70%.

My foundation is analytical. I started at Mu Sigma doing decision science for Fortune 500 pharma clients, which is where I learned to let data, not only opinion, settle the argument. These days I work in an AI-native way, using AI-assisted workflows to move from a problem to a testable spec faster than I used to. I am a mechanical engineer from BITS Pilani with an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, though neither is a substitute for 9+ years of actually building and shipping products.
