What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead marketing, business development, and revenue-growth initiatives where I can build capable teams, strengthen brand strategy, and apply a people-development approach to sales and operations.

At Center of Personal Excellence (COPE), I rebuilt and led sales, marketing, and operations, scaling annual revenue from PKR 2–3M to PKR 10–12M. I personally managed high-ticket program sales while coaching a team to close independently and increase sales volume.

I’ve shaped marketing strategy, content, social media, paid programs, and participant enrollment across the education and training sector. With an MBA in Marketing in progress and certifications in NLP, coaching, and hypnotherapy, I bring a people-development lens to building brands, teams, and revenue.
