What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer service, technical or help-desk support, or data entry role where I can troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with clients, maintain accurate records, and work independently.

At Skysenx Hub, an ISP, I diagnose and resolve client connectivity and equipment issues while serving as a primary point of contact for customers.

I document every client engagement through detailed field reports and service logs, maintaining accurate records that support reliable service delivery. I also perform routine maintenance and performance checks on routers, switches, and cabling systems.

My earlier IT and Networking internship at Skysenx Hub gave me hands-on experience installing and configuring ISP infrastructure, repairing hardware, and troubleshooting computers and network devices.

With a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I bring clear communication, structured troubleshooting, and a reliable remote-work setup to customer support, help-desk support, and data entry roles.
