I'm seeking an entry-level IT support or network specialist role where I can troubleshoot connectivity issues, support network uptime, document incidents clearly, and grow my knowledge of modern internet routing technologies.

I've supported network and IT operations at SP Enterprises, diagnosing hardware, operating system, and local connectivity faults through systematic debugging.

I configured and verified client workstation network connections, documented incidents and support tickets, and ran post-repair regression testing before delivery.

Through LAN setup and connectivity testing simulations, I've configured static IPs, DNS settings, and router rules while using ping, traceroute, and IP configuration tools to resolve packet-loss and ISP-outage scenarios.
