I am writing to express my interest in the Delivery / Account Delivery Management/ Technical Program Manager role. With 13+ years in IT consulting and professional services — including 8+ years leading cross-functional engineering and delivery teams across Banking (BFSI), Insurance, Telecom, Retail and Healthcare accounts — I bring a track record of owning end-to-end delivery, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and serving as the primary escalation point for stakeholders, engineering teams and clients alike.
In my current role as Engineering Manager at Quantech Associates, I own delivery governance for a $50M project portfolio and lead a 13-member cross-functional team spanning .NET, Node.js, QA, automation and integration engineering. I act as the escalation point for delivery, technical and stakeholder issues, and I have consistently focused on the people side of the role — coaching, mentoring, and running performance and career-development conversations to retain strong engineers. Earlier, at Infosys, I managed a $40M budget across three vendor contracts while leading a 20-member team, and at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam I worked directly with client stakeholders as part of an onsite delivery engagement, an experience that sharpened how I manage expectations, risk and communication with executive audiences.
What draws me to this role specifically is the blend of portfolio-level ownership and relationship management it calls for. I have built my career around exactly that combination: RAID and risk-register governance, Project Health Review-style delivery oversight, Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery models across onshore-offshore-nearshore teams, and the discipline of turning lessons learned into reusable delivery process improvements. I am comfortable being the person a client or internal leadership escalates to when something is off track, and equally comfortable being the one coaching a team through how to get it back on track.
I would welcome the chance to discuss how my delivery and stakeholder-management background could contribute to your team. Thank you for your time and consideration.
