I built reusable GitHub Actions workflows and introduced OIDC federation to AWS and Azure, removing long-lived cloud credentials from CI/CD. I also encoded change approvals and segregation-of-duties controls into delivery pipelines for regulated environments.
I own a versioned Terraform module library and use policy checks and scheduled drift detection to keep infrastructure changes reviewable. With Ansible, Python and Shell automation, I’ve also reduced recurring operational toil.
I extended platform operations with a RAG runbook assistant using Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, plus AI-assisted incident summarisation and log triage.
