What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote opportunity where I can contribute strong customer service, communication, and organization skills, learn new things, grow professionally, and support a multicultural team in delivering excellent service and results.

I've supported customers in hospitality, retail, food service, and independent sales, delivering welcoming service and handling day-to-day operations.

As a hotel receptionist, I welcomed guests, shared hotel information, and managed reservations in person and by phone. As an independent seller in China, I communicated with customers and handled sales of women's products.

At a clothing store and Burger King in São Paulo, I supported customers, organized displays, prepared food to company standards, and maintained clean work areas.

I'm currently studying Analysis and Systems Development and looking to bring my communication, organization, and multicultural experience to a full-time remote team.
