Supported Florida medical program knowledge and state compliance. Opened and closed the store with a small team, improved product recommendations, and used Dutchie and Sweed POS as the company transitioned systems.

Assisted the GM during the initial store launch, ensuring compliance under OCM guidelines. Trained budtenders on cannabis product knowledge and Dutchie POS, and supported marketing/event planning to boost visibility.

Performed opening and closing procedures to ensure money was accounted for. Ensured staff coverage across front-of-house and cash/inventory roles and used “Figure 8s” to verify tasks were completed in compliance with OCM and SOPs.

Performed and oversaw all cannabis extraction activities in the manufacturing facility using Vitalis System. Managed filtration and closed-loop distillation to achieve target extract grade and executed quality control to ensure OCM regulatory compliance.

Worked as a certified Vitalis System operator performing extractions using CO2 with solvents (including CO2 + ethanol) and solventless methods. Completed winterization, filtration, and distillation, and troubleshot extraction-process issues to minimize downtime while adhering to SOPs and protocols.

Grew cannabis using hydroponic systems in a large-scale grow room and conducted R&D trials for cultivation variables. Collected data and supported management decisions for future harvests while following OCM compliance and SOPs across department areas from mother rooms to clone and grow rooms.
