At RifLine, I co-led export container freight station operations across 4+ off-docks in Chattogram, coordinating with vendors(off-docks), CRMs, ocean carriers, and documentation teams. I led 11 field colleagues and served as the primary Chattogram operations contact for the CRMs.

I built live Google spreadsheets to track operational conditions and help minimize truck waiting time, cargo idle time, storage costs, damage, and communication delays. I also negotiated buyers’ SOPs based on field conditions, supported SLA compliance, and prepared monthly performance reports.

At MGH, I monitored vessel positioning and feeder-berth traffic and worked with field teammates, port authorities, and truck vendors to support container movement and SLA compliance. Before that, I rotated through CFS, Reporting, Traffic operations functions of a major off-dock in Chattogram. I now manage operations across a private residential portfolio, including tenant relations, repairs, inspections, and building-system vendors.

Beyond my core operations roles, I am deeply passionate about helping others overcome the communication barriers I once faced. I channel this into independent freelance work, providing English copyediting, communication mentoring and translation for businesses and individuals.
