At SOSTENERTE, I’m developing an educational innovation project focused on teachers’ wellbeing and professional development. I researched needs through interviews with 10 educational institutions, then designed personalized learning paths and microlearning; the first MVP was built in Articulate Rise and reached 70% satisfaction in a pilot with 30 teachers.
At PARTNER CONSULTING PERÚ, I research client needs and develop organizational strategy and people-management solutions. Previously, at INSPIRATUS PERÚ, I designed the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding and co-designed an Annual Wellbeing Plan with 85% satisfaction.
