At Activa Comunicación y Marketing, I’m responsible for structuring the HR area from its creation. I’ve designed recruitment, selection, onboarding, and personnel administration processes, and implemented workforce management indicators.
As an independent organizational consultant at Blas-T Company, I designed work proposals for brands and managed public training sessions, with more than 70 attendees on three occasions. I also supported personnel recruitment for Dubai.
At TP Group, I managed internal communication processes and implemented a talent development strategy that increased employee participation in internal programs by 45%. I also coordinated external communication campaigns to position the brand in education and business.
I currently teach practical courses at Universidad Andina del Cusco, where I designed syllabi for two courses and oversee their practical components. I’m interested in connecting people with organizational purpose and helping create more human, creative, and sustainable workplaces.
