I’m looking to design competency-based e-learning and blended learning modules using LMS and Agile/Scrum, delivering learner-centric, rubric-based experiences while partnering with stakeholders to ensure quality and measurable learning impact.

I’m a results-driven Instructional Designer and University Lecturer with 7+ years of experience in higher education, curriculum architecture, and adult learning strategy (Andragogy). I specialize in training needs assessments, competency-based e-learning design, and managing multidisciplinary academic projects.

In my current role, I lead training needs assessments and curriculum mapping for undergraduate healthcare programs, aligning academic outcomes with clinical workforce demands.
