As a certified holistic health coach, I guided clients of all ages toward total health and wellness, fostering happier, healthier lives. I provided in-person, phone, and online consultations, including weekly meal planning and presentations at women's wellness expos.

As a customer service advocate, I assisted customers in finding desired products and performed various in-store tasks. My responsibilities included building displays, operating the cash register, training new employees, organizing stock, and managing inventory.

As an Underwriting Technician, I was responsible for accurate and timely daily data entry of insurance policies, some exceeding $1M. I also consulted with insurance agents daily to ensure correct policy changes and additions were implemented.
