I’m looking for a Chief of Staff / strategic operator role where I can drive execution with organizational clarity—leadership development, change management, cross-border partnerships, and disciplined finance—helping founders and teams build systems that people actually adopt.

I’m a strategic operations and execution leader with 20+ years across start-ups, SMEs, and cross-border work between the Philippines and China. I don’t just build operational systems—I build the human architecture that makes them hold, combining organizational design, leadership development, and change management with disciplined financial stewardship.

In medtech and digital offshore operations, I led full-cycle start-up execution as an Administrative Director & Treasurer, including restoring statutory compliance and reducing authorized capital exposure from PHP 50M to PHP 20M. I also accelerated digital workflow adoption by 60–70% and improved retention and referrals by aligning process design with human factors and partner behavioral resistance.
