I’m looking for an operations or service support role where I coordinate dispatch/scheduling, resolve issues quickly, and partner with clients and vendors to deliver reliable service and continuous process improvements.

I’m an Operations & Service Support Professional with experience coordinating service operations, technician scheduling, and project follow-through across multiple client accounts. I work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and field technicians to keep scope, timelines, and service expectations aligned.

In my current role, I communicate directly with property managers and clients on scheduling updates, work progress, service issues, and project completion status. I support dispatch operations by organizing technician schedules based on priority, location, and service availability, while monitoring projects and maintaining accurate service records, invoices, and operational documentation.

Previously, as a FedEx Freight Logistics Specialist, I managed high-volume shipment coordination and customer support while maintaining SLA compliance. I was recognized as Top Performer for service quality, response times, and KPI performance, and I also assisted with onboarding and mentoring service teams in Colombia and the Philippines to improve operational consistency and customer experience.
