I’m seeking a part-time, preferably remote role where I can support patients or customers, coordinate care, and use my call-handling, scheduling, and English–Spanish interpreting skills with consistent follow-through.

I’m a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant and care coordinator who connects patients to the community while staying calm in high-pressure situations. I provide direct patient support, handle in-person inquiries, and manage high volumes of incoming calls while keeping information accurate and follow-through strong.

My background also includes medical interpreting in English and Spanish, emergency telecommunication work, and clinic administration—where I created scheduling processes and managed large monetary transactions. I bring a service-first mindset, strong multitasking, and the certifications to support patient safety and care.
