I’m a native Spanish speaker with more than 15 years of living experience in the United States, giving me advanced English proficiency and strong cross-cultural communication skills. I’m fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding both English and Spanish, and I focus on accurate communication through active listening, attention to detail, and professional ethics.

In my professional operations & administrative support role (2020–2025), I assisted daily operations for a residential concrete company by communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking clients. I scheduled appointments, coordinated project timelines, prepared estimates, followed up with customers, and maintained professional communication by phone, email, and in person.

I’m currently completing professional training and continuing education aligned with language services, including studying English–Spanish Interpretation and developing proficiency in translation work. I’m also strengthening productivity and tools for modern workflows (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot).
