I'm seeking an Administrative or Process Analyst role where I can apply my analytical accuracy and results-driven approach.

At Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), I process monetary and non-monetary transactions and coordinate back-office control cycles in line with internal policies and regulatory standards. I also produce weekly and monthly case-volume reports for the operations management team using advanced Excel.

I reduced back-office case processing time by redesigning the daily verification and service workflow and standardizing control checklists.
