What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to advance trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming education, research, assessment, consultation, and healthcare-systems improvement while mentoring emerging clinicians.

I founded and lead Willow & Oak Wellness Services, where I provide psychotherapy, comprehensive psychological assessment, clinical supervision, healthcare consultation, and professional education. I guide clinical operations, quality improvement, organizational development, and partnerships across healthcare and mental health systems.

My doctoral research at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology examines how people with intractable pain experience underreporting pain to medical professionals. I translate qualitative research on trauma, neurodivergence, chronic pain, healthcare communication, and systemic barriers into trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive care and education.
