At AOC Outreach Services, I direct behavioral health programs serving 250+ children, adolescents, and families while leading clinical operations, supervision, documentation quality, utilization metrics, and regulatory compliance. I created three new programs: Substance Use Treatment, Master Level Internship, and Outpatient Therapy.
I also provide forensic behavioral health assessments and case management at The Harris Center and psychotherapy through Pure Hope Counseling. My work centers on trauma-informed, person-centered care, complex case coordination, clinical supervision, and evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
