I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my project management skills in a dynamic environment, focusing on community development and advocacy.

I am a highly motivated and well-organized Programme Coordinator with over seven years of experience in project management, research, and advocacy within the development sector. My expertise lies in policy research, stakeholder engagement, and event management, where I have successfully coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives that drive meaningful change. I am fluent in both Afrikaans and English, which allows me to communicate effectively across diverse groups.

Currently, I serve as a Programme Officer for DVV International, where I write articles and policy briefs on adult education in Africa and lead advocacy efforts in adult education policy. My previous roles have included organizing climate change advocacy calls and managing data collection processes for research projects. I am passionate about civic engagement and community development, and I strive to make a positive impact through my work.
