What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead global program management and cross-department fundraising, coach teams, and scale community impact through sustainable partnerships, strong risk-managed delivery, and high-quality stakeholder communication.

I’m a Program Manager with 10 years of globally-based leadership, focused on program management, professional speaking engagements, and fund development. I bring excellent communication, agility, and a proactive approach to building high-impact programs that empower communities.

At HOPE worldwide (10.2022-10.2024), I led cross-department fundraising and marketing efforts for an international scholarship program fund. I managed and evaluated 20+ community-led, high-impact programs around the globe, balancing social impact, community empowerment, volunteer engagement, and safety through strong site visit evaluation and risk management.

I’ve also built meaningful partnerships and expanded leadership networks across countries—developing and maintaining a global network of internationally recognized community leaders who advise on program management, development, and partnerships.

Earlier, I served as a Finance Pledge Processing Specialist at United Way - Bay Area (2021-2022), processing gifts up to $2mm per quarter and helping develop finance standard operating procedures and internal audit processes. I also founded and directed Alameda E-Soccer, a free program supporting youth with special needs, and I’ve coordinated volunteer-based projects through HOPE worldwide in Tucson and global service programming.
