I’m looking to coordinate complex projects and shutdowns where proactive compliance, workforce onboarding, and clear safety documentation help teams mobilise quickly and confidently.

I’m an organised and proactive Project & Operations Coordinator with 3+ years of experience supporting infrastructure and shutdown projects across NSW. I bring a track record of initiative, reliability, and problem solving across diverse industries, backed by a Diploma of Leadership and Management.

In my current role, I manage workforce compliance within John Holland and Acciona 3D Safety principal contractor systems across multiple concurrent projects. I coordinate onboarding of employees, subcontractors, plant, and vehicles—compiling registrations, insurances, service records, and certifications—so teams can mobilise smoothly and safely.

I focus on readiness and oversight: I upload and maintain competencies and licences (including HRWL, WAH, EWP and related certifications), monitor approval statuses, and resolve non-conformances prior to mobilisation. I also develop organisational charts, identify workforce competency gaps ahead of project start dates, and manage Beakon profiles, training registers, and workforce skills matrices across active shutdowns.

I strengthen project delivery with practical admin and documentation discipline—organising required training, monitoring certification expiry dates, maintaining approved SWMS with hard copies onsite at all times, coordinating equipment hire and PPE supply, and supporting payroll and workforce reporting across project teams. With my bilingual ability in English and Spanish, I communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep people aligned through change.
