What I'm looking for

I want to work in an inclusive early childhood team where I can implement individualized learning plans, support children with additional needs, and ensure compliance with ACECQA standards—while continuing to grow professionally.

I’m an Early Childhood Teacher with five years of experience in early childhood education and care. My training and academic background have helped me build strong teaching, support, and communication skills for every child’s growth.

In my current work as an Inclusion Support Officer and as a Diploma Educator (ongoing), I guide, support, and assist children who require additional learning support. I work in line with the Education and Care Services National Law, the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care, and I prepare, implement, and evaluate individualized learning plans.

I also bring leadership and collaboration to my practice. I lead and support a team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care, and I use various strategies to make support positive and effective.

Before moving into my recent roles, I worked as a Special Educator at Networkids and through programs supporting children and families, including personalized home accompaniment and early stimulation activities. I’m committed to safeguarding children (including mandatory reporting), and I enjoy turning care and learning goals into practical, measurable results.
