I've supported early childhood education teams at Anglicare NSW South, NSW West & ACT, Randstad, Noahs Ark ELC, Goodstart Early Learning, and Create Imagine Learn, providing quality care and education for children.
As a Room Leader, I planned monthly curriculum and daily learning experiences across indoor and outdoor environments, shared children’s progress with families through verbal updates and written learning stories, and maintained safe supervision practices. I’ve also temporarily managed a service during manager and assistant manager absences.
I work within the National Quality Standards, National Quality Framework, child protection requirements, and WHS policies. I’m open to learning in a new industry and keen to build new skills using mobile and computer-based programs.
