At AnnieMac Home Mortgage, where I’m placed through Goldbard Staffing, I support a six-person residential mortgage team from application through clear-to-close. I start applications and complete initial file reviews in Encompass before loan officer review.
I designed and built the team’s Monday.com pipeline with more than eight boards, status-triggered moves, alerts, reminders, and a reporting dashboard. I also built a funded-loan master pipeline tracking referral sources, closing dates, and refinance opportunities for 165+ loans.
I worked with the processor to build underwriting-condition tracking and created reusable mortgage-clause email templates for multi-loan files. I mapped the team’s workflow, wrote role-based SOPs, adapted the pipeline for a second loan team, and coached its lead on maintaining it.
Earlier, I scheduled patient appointments at Oclinicals, interpreted and coordinated patient intake at Levanter S.A., and provided customer service at Alorica S.A. I also coordinate youth programs and volunteers at Juventud La Ceiba and develop and lead educational workshops for children at T.A.R.S.
