I’m a customer service and portfolio management professional specialized in consultative sales, negotiation, and operational coordination. I bring a trust-based, service-oriented approach to working with students, clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and communities, backed by experience across banking, technology services, and education.

At Banrural Honduras, I managed and developed an SME credit portfolio of approximately 400 clients, including a credit portfolio exceeding HNL 112 million and monthly loan placement targets up to HNL 6 million. At Cibernet S.R.L., I supported customer success and revenue growth by managing around 120 active clients and handling services generating over HNL 600,000 monthly, including post-sales follow-up, loyalty/retention initiatives, and collection support. I also started as a Computer Science teacher, strengthening communication, leadership, and group management—skills I now apply to client guidance, problem-solving, and consistent portfolio follow-up.
