What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead and teach in a mission-driven education environment where I can develop curriculum, coach teachers with evidence-based feedback, and help students build critical thinking and college readiness through rigorous, student-centered instruction.

I’m a history professor and instructional leader who builds curriculum and delivers engaging, college-ready learning. Most recently, I developed and taught college-level World History I and II at Lowell Correctional Institution, creating course structure and classroom instruction for my students.

Beyond teaching, I drive classroom quality through coaching and data-informed support. As a Content Area Specialist-Instructional Coach, I collaborate with teachers to improve instruction by modeling effective practices, sharing evidence-based strategies, and providing non-evaluative feedback—then use student data to identify instructional needs and strengthen rigorous, student-centered learning.

I also bring program and mentoring experience through roles like AVID Coordinator & Elective Teacher, ITD Mentor Teacher, and Cambridge/AICE Global Perspectives Teacher. From designing AVID and inquiry-based research experiences to mentoring new teachers and supporting professional development, I focus on critical thinking, engagement, and growth for both students and staff.
