I’m an early-career high school history educator with a strong background in debate and argumentation. I explain complex ideas through writing and discussion-based instruction, helping students participate confidently and learn with purpose.
In my teaching experience, I’ve designed and delivered discussion-based lessons in an 85-minute block schedule and taught 100+ students, including IEP and ESL learners. I maintain a relational, structured classroom environment—differentiating for struggling learners while keeping clear expectations and accountability.
Beyond the classroom, I coach novice and collegiate debaters, including coaching 50+ collegiate debaters since 2022 and traveling nationally for competitions. I’ve helped develop tournament-winning competitors and guided students to competitive success at state and out-of-state tournaments.
