Andrew Belzer
@andrewbelzer
I build Spanish curricula and lead transformative international education programs.
What I'm looking for
I've taught Spanish, humanities, social studies, EAL support, and reading intervention to more than 1,500 students across public, Catholic, and independent schools. At Pinellas County Schools, I was one of four writers who authored the Spanish curriculum adopted across all district middle and high schools.
Through Chalkboard Nomads, I'm building four-country educator fellowships that combine classroom immersion, cultural exchange, safeguarding, and professional development. I've personally recruited, fundraised for, and led five student programs across six countries—raising $55,000 for 44 participants—and have trained nearly 30 teachers in Uganda and India.
